“I think all of us should have a respect for innocent life. With regard to the freedom of the individual for choice, with regard to abortion, there’s one individual who is not being considered at all. That’s the one who is being aborted. And I’ve noticed that everybody that is for abortion has already been born.” – Ronald Reagan

The above is a perfect template for my thesis: that tens of millions of American jobs have been eliminated, at least temporarily, by Burrocratic governors and mayors. So I am going to steal St. Reagan’s quote line for line. I know that he won’t mind, as he roots for America from above the sky:

I think all of us should have a respect for the dignity of working men and women. With regard to the freedom of governors and mayors to choose to shut down their States and Cities, with regard to starving-out working men and women, there’s one individual who is not being considered at all. That’s the one who is being starved-out. And I’ve noticed that everybody that is for starving-out working men and women has a good-paying, government job, with weekends and holidays off, health insurance, and a nice pension.

State and City Burrocrats and apparatchiks can afford to shelter at home, because they’re still on the State or City payroll.

Joe from Wilmington asks: “Mike, I’m wondering: How come State governments are not laying-off State employees? Except for emergency and State Employment Division personnel, State employees have nothing to do, now that everyone is under quasi-house arrest. Are we paying them to sit around and do nothing? Think of all those lawyers on the State payroll at all of those State agencies, like the DEQ. Wait a minute. Don’t answer that. I should have asked something different. Uh, hey! Did you know that the whole General Flynn thing is a giant distraction by the Trump Administration? Let me tell ya about it, Mike.”

Sorry, Joe. I am going to answer your first question.

Yes, We the People are paying a lot of State employees to sit around and do nothing, while blue governors and mayors starve-out working men and women in the private sector. Is this not, in effect, Marxism, aka Modernism? In California, Governor Gruesome has created jobs for some of the State burrocrats with nothing to do. He has trained them, along with some of the unemployed, to become contact tracers. These are in essence State Secret Police, like Stazi, whose job is spy on We the People—at Our expense—and turn Us in, if they catch Us violating social distancing or mandated masking. NYC Mayor de Blasio turned 1000 NYPD officers into socialist brownshirts, tasking them with enforcing the lockdowns, both State and City. At least they are in uniform. And how about those Google NAZIS that go over cell phone metadata to find out what cell phones Our’s have been within six feet of? Aren’t they great?

Like Rush says, what kind of parent raises their children to say, “When I grow up, I wanna be a State Secret Policeman, Daddy, and spy on people, so that I can turn them in!” No responsible parent would raise a child that-a-way. And the last thing that I want my tax money going to, is paying State Stazi to spy on We the People. That is not my vision.

On the contrary, my vision is to end the shutdowns yesterday, so that working men and women could go back to work, and regain that wonderful dignity, not to mention that wonderful paycheck, that blue governors and mayors are presently trying to destroy, for no good reason. The State destruction of jobs is political Modernism. We might need a word for it.

For instance, we have a word for murder by the State: democide. So how about this: Blue governors and mayors are using the Wuhan Pneumonia crisis to commit mass, private sector jobicide.

Mitt from rural Utah asks, “Why, Mike? Why are blue governors and mayors committing private sector jobicide? Don’t they know that, ever since Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit, and God expelled them from the Garden of Eden, people have needed to work, in order to survive? Don’t they remember what God said: ‘Because thou hast hearkened to the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldst not eat, cursed is the earth in thy work; with labour and toil shalt thou eat thereof all the days of thy life. Thorns and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herbs of the earth. In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread till thou return to the earth, out of which thou wast taken: for dust thou art, and into dust thou shalt return’ (from Genesis 3: 17-19)? Um, wait a minute, Mike. Let me ask you a different question: Did you know that the whole General Flynn thing is a giant distraction by the Trump Administration? Let me tell ya about it.”

Sorry, Mitt. I am going to answer your first question: Blue governors and mayors are committing mass, private sector jobicide, because they are political Modernists. Now do you understand?

“I, I don’t get it, Mike. What do you mean, political Modernist? Are you against the modern world?”

In Pascendi Dominici Gregis (1907), St. Pius X defined Modernism as a “system” that is “the synthesis of all heresies”. Modernism promotes Marxism, and those evil forms of government that Marxists want: socialism, communism, collectivism. Inasmuch as States turn politically Modernist, they destroy the private sector. That’s partly because the Bourgeoisie are the private sector, and Marx and Engels hated the Bourgeoisie. They wanted the Bourgeoisie starved-out or eliminated. Politically Modernist governments have been starving-out and eliminating them ever since.

For instance, the most infamous political Modernist to date, Adolph Hitler, tried to literally starve-out and eliminate the European Jewry. It is said that he was simply anti-Semitic. He was. But people overlook the fact that the European Jewry of pre-Hitler days was a big part of the European Bourgeoisie. When Hitler took them out, he was taking out a chunk of the Bourgeoisie, just like the hard-core Modernist that he was: NAZI is an acronym for National Socialist Workers Party

The Bourgeoisie are the Middle Class. They are not the ruling, academic class. They are not the poor. They are where opportunity exists for We the People. Where there is Modernist government, inevitably what happens is, the middle class—the Bourgeoisie—is starved-out and/or eliminated. And you are left with neo-feudalism: the working poor and the ruling, academic class, nothing more; the ruling class has complete and total control over the serfs. That is what Burrocratic office holders are doing today, right here in Shangri-La, aka River City.

“So it truly is a heresy, political Modernism.”

Now you’re getting it, Mitt. The reason why blue governors and mayors are committing mass jobicide is that they are political Modernists, and political Modernists work toward starving-out and eliminating the Bourgeoisie. Our nation’s founders did not refer to us as We the Serfs, but We the People. They did not envisage a nation of serfs totally controlled, and kept in poverty, by the academic, ruling class. They envisaged a more advanced nation—one in which the Bourgeoisie would thrive, be called the People, and have human rights; the powers of government against the People would be limited. The vision of the generality of Burrocrats in office today is just the opposite. They want neo-feudalism. And they are taking advantage of the Wuhan Pneumonia crisis to work toward it.

Today it is more obvious than ever that the generality of Burrocrats in office want liberty—for themselves only. For Us, the People, they want house arrest, fines and jail time—State control:

How could anyone not adore the Chinese Communist Party, like the Burrocrats? How could anyone not emulate the CCP? Well, maybe some of us that are old enough to remember Ronald Reagan would fail to adore the CCP. But we are just cowboys from the ‘80’s. What do we know?
